🟡 Monitoring
We’re seeing recovery from the global AWS (Amazon Web Services) outage and are actively monitoring all platforms and services. (Learn more here)
However, Intercom Inbox and Messenger remain impacted. This is affecting our in-app chat system, so messages sent to us via email or in-app chat may experience delays both incoming and outgoing.
Some degradation continues due to the major AWS outage in the US-East-1 region. Users may still notice slowness or intermittent errors when using in-app chat or related services.
Our teams are working closely with AWS and Intercom to stabilize the platform and reduce latency. Some elevated error rates may continue until services are fully restored.

🟢 Duplicate Workouts When Editing (Fixed in Version 6.20.2)
We recently identified a bug that affected some users when editing workouts from the overview screen. This could cause duplicate workouts to appear and make it seem like your logged one disappeared.
💡 Good news: This issue was fixed in version 6.20.2, released October 5, 2025. If you haven’t updated yet, head to the Apple App Store or Google Play to install the latest version.
How to Recover Your Logged Workout and Clear Duplicates
If you were affected before the update, you may still need to manually clean up your calendar:
Go to your Home screen
Tap the calendar icon (top right)
Start with the first duplicate you see on your calendar
Open the workout
Tap the circle arrow (reset) icon in the top right
Continue clearing until you’re left with just one workout
⚠️ That last one is your logged workout — don’t reset that one!
