The Moves App gives you flexibility to adjust your workout flow by reordering exercise blocks (circuits). This can be done either before or during a workout.
Why would you do this?
Sometimes your workout environment calls for flexibility—like when the gym is busy and a piece of equipment you need isn’t available. By reordering circuits, you can adjust the flow of your workout on the spot without skipping exercises or waiting around.
Before a Workout
Select the workout you want to do.
Tap the pencil icon at the top right of your screen to edit the workout.
Hold down the block you’d like to move, then drag and drop it to your desired position.
During a Workout
Tap the List View icon while in the workout.
Hold down the block you’d like to move, then drag and drop it to your preferred position.
