First things first: the Consistency Kickstart is not a new program in your app.

You don’t need to switch plans, restart, or enroll in a special challenge workout. The Kickstart is a focus intention for January, not a separate program.

Any Moves workout counts, including:

  • Weekly Moves (home or gym)

  • Foundation Moves (formerly Beginner Moves)

  • Core Moves

  • Any other Moves program in the app

If you’re working out in Moves, you’re in!

What’s New in Moves App This January

While the Kickstart itself isn’t a new program, we did roll out updates to make consistency easier.

Weekly Moves: Home or Gym

You can now choose home or gym versions of Weekly Moves directly in the app — with workouts optimized for your environment and fewer mid-workout swaps.

Foundation Moves

Foundation Moves (formerly Beginner Moves) is our fundamentals-first strength program focused on form, mechanics, and confidence — with both home and gym options.

More Coaching, Right When You Need It

Expect more form cues, short coaching videos (like Madeline’s Instagram stories!), and in-app guidance to help you move better, lift smarter, and build a strong base for the year ahead.
