If your subscription was cancelled, resuming will reactivate it going forward — but it doesn't restore the price you were paying before. That's once your access has actually ended. If you cancelled and are still inside the period you've paid for, you can undo the cancellation in Profile → Manage Subscription and keep your price.
Follow these steps:
Go to your Profile in the app
Tap Manage Subscription
Tap Manage Subscription again
Log in if prompted
At the top of the page, you’ll see your current status (Paused or Cancelled)
Tap Resume to reactivate your subscription
That’s it—you’ll be all set!
⚠️ If you were on the Moves+ Founding Rate: cancelling gives it up permanently. Resuming reactivates your subscription, but at whatever the current rate is — the $300/yr founding price doesn't come back.
Pausing is different. A paused subscription keeps your founding rate, so if you only need a break, pause rather than cancel. And if you've already cancelled and aren't sure where you stand, talk to us — we'll check for you.
What happens when you resume?
If your subscription was paused, it will start back up right away
If your subscription was canceled, resuming will reactivate your subscription moving forward
You’ll regain full access to your workouts and programs as soon as it’s active
