How to Update Your Account Email Address

Changing your email is done through the Account Manager in the Moves app.

What updating your email will impact

When you update your email address, this will become the one you use to log in to your account moving forward. It will also be tied to your billing and where we send any important account updates.

Before saving, take a quick moment to double-check for any typos — this helps make sure everything runs smoothly and you don’t run into any login issues later on.

Steps to Update Your Email Address

  1. Open the Moves App

  2. Go to the Profile tab

  3. Tap Manage Subscription

  4. Tap Manage Subscription again (this opens the Account Manager)

  5. Log in using your Moves app email and password

  6. Select Account Info

  7. Tap Email

  8. Enter your new email address and confirm

  9. Tap Save to apply the change
