How to Edit Your Profile & Account Info

You can update your personal details directly in the Moves app. Some fields are edited inside the app, while others are managed through the Subscription Manager.


Edit Basic Profile Info (Inside the App)

Use this section to update your basic personal details.

  1. Open the Moves App

  2. Go to the Profile tab

  3. Tap Edit Profile

  4. Update any of the following:

    • Name

    • Date of Birth (DOB)

    • Gender

  5. Tap Save


Edit Subscription & Account Login Info

Certain details (like email and password) are managed in the Account Manager.

Step 1 — Access Subscription Settings

  1. Open the Moves App

  2. Go to Profile

  3. Tap Manage Subscription

  4. Tap Manage Subscription again (this opens the Account Manager)

  5. Log in using the same email and password you use for the Moves app

Step 2 — Update Your Account Details

Once inside the Account Manager:

  1. Select Account Info

  2. You can update:

    • Name

    • Date of Birth (DOB)

    • Email Address

    • Password

  3. Tap Save to confirm changes

💡 Tip: Always keep your email address current so you don’t miss billing receipts, password resets, or important account updates.
