How do I update my billing information?

Updating Your Billing Information on the Website

Please note that changes made here will not affect payment information for any in-app purchases made through Apple.

Step 1: Sign in

You can click here or go to the login page on our website.

Step 2: Tap the down arrow by your profile picture in the top right corner of the website.


Step 3: Tap the "Billing Information" link in the dropdown menu.

Step 4: Tap "Manage Credit Cards" to add a new card or update the current card(s) on file.


Updating Your Billing Information on the App

Step 1: Go to Profile.

Step 2: Select Manage Subscription.

Step 3: Click on Manage Subscription again.

Step 4: Go to Profile Photo.

Step 5: Navigate to Billing Information.

Step 6: Select "Manage Credit Cards"

PLEASE NOTE: If your subscription is an In-App Purchase through Apple, you can manage your membership and payment by clicking here.
