That’s why you’ll see mobility flows built into select workouts throughout the challenge.
These flows were created in collaboration with Dr. Lindsey Jones, Doctor of Physical Therapy, who specializes in injury rehab, posture, and functional movement. Her approach focuses on helping you reduce pain and tension, improve movement patterns, and build strength in a way that’s safe, effective, and sustainable.
