Every recipe in the Moves+ Meals tab has a matching entry in MacrosFirst, so you can log what you've cooked without typing the numbers in by hand.
MyFitnessPal is coming. Those entries are being added now and aren't available yet. Recipes from past Move Together challenges may already be in MyFitnessPal under their old challenge names.
How to find a recipe
Open MacrosFirst
Tap the search bar.
Type Moves and then the recipe name, exactly as it appears in the Meals tab.
Look for Moves Meals next to the recipe name — that's how you know it's a Meals tab recipe.
Open the entry and add it to your day.
🔍 The search term is always "Moves" followed by the recipe name — for example, Moves Taco Bar. One word, a space, then the recipe name. No hyphen, no plus sign. The result will come back as Taco Bar (Moves).
What's in the entry
Open an entry and you'll see the macros, plus a button to add it to your day.
The tracking apps only store the macro information. Protein, fat, carbs, fiber and calories — nothing else. The ingredients, the quantities and the cooking instructions aren't included, so an entry on its own won't tell you how to make the recipe. All of that lives in the Meals tab, which needs Moves+.
If you see a Tighter Together or Move Together version
Some recipes from past challenges are still in the tracking apps under their old challenge names, and those older entries can't be removed. So we're adding a fresh Moves entry for every recipe instead — that way, if you have Moves+ but never did that particular challenge, you can still find it.
If you see both, use the one labelled (Moves). That's the set we keep current.
Why isn't the search term shown in the app?
In the Move Together Challenge PDFs, each recipe has a note telling you what to search for in your tracking app. The Meals tab doesn't show that yet — which is why the naming is worth remembering: Moves, then the recipe name.
Where the numbers come from
The macros in your tracking app are the same ones shown on the recipe in the Meals tab. For how they're worked out, see How are the nutrition facts calculated for Moves+ recipes?
