Where Do I Find My Subscription Receipts?

⚠️ Important: The steps below only apply to subscriptions purchased directly through MovesApp.com. If your subscription was purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you must access your receipts through those platforms. Click here for instructions.

You can view your past payments and download receipts anytime through the Account Manager.

Steps to Access Your Transaction History

  1. Open the Moves App

  2. Go to the Profile tab

  3. Tap Manage Subscription

  4. Tap Manage Subscription again (this opens the Account Manager)

  5. Log in using your Moves app email and password

  6. Select Moves Subscription

  7. Tap Transaction History

Here you can view your individual receipts and download them as a PDF if needed.


Receipts for Apple or Google In-App Purchases

If your Moves subscription was purchased through Apple/iTunes or Google Play, your receipt is issued by the respective platform. Moves cannot provide these receipts.

  • Apple/iOS: Open the Settings app → Your Name → Subscriptions. Select your Moves subscription to view your receipt. You can also access receipts via Apple’s purchase history.

  • Google Play/Android: Open the Google Play Store → Profile Icon → Payments & Subscriptions → Budget & Order History. Select your Moves subscription to view your receipt.
