⚠️ Important: The steps below only apply to subscriptions purchased directly through MovesApp.com. If your subscription was purchased through Apple/iTunes or Google Play, you must access your receipts through those platforms. Click here for instructions.
If your subscription is managed via movesapp.com, you can access your Moves App receipts either on the website or in the app.
Locating Your Receipts on the Website
Log in to your Moves App account.
Click your profile icon in the top right corner.
Select Billing Information.
Under Transaction History, click View Receipt to see or download your receipt.
💡 Tip: The receipts section is highlighted in yellow on the screen for easy reference.
Locating Your Receipts in the App
Open the Moves App and go to the Profile tab.
Tap Manage Subscription.
Tap Manage Subscription again.
Tap your Profile Photo.
Navigate to Billing Information.
Open Transaction History and tap View Receipt.

Receipts for Apple or Google In-App Purchases
If your Moves subscription was purchased through Apple/iTunes or Google Play, your receipt is issued by the respective platform. Moves cannot provide these receipts.
Apple/iOS: Open the Settings app → Your Name → Subscriptions. Select your Moves subscription to view your receipt. You can also access receipts via Apple’s purchase history.
Google Play/Android: Open the Google Play Store → Profile Icon → Payments & Subscriptions → Budget & Order History. Select your Moves subscription to view your receipt.
💡 Tip: Save or forward these receipts from Apple or Google if you need them for expense tracking or reimbursement purposes.
