How Do I Report an Issue with My App?

At Moves App, we’re committed to providing a smooth, seamless experience for everyone. If something isn’t working as it should, follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue and, if needed, report it to our team.

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Check for OS Updates: Make sure your device is running the latest operating system. If an update is available, install it.

  2. Restart Your Device: After updating, restart your device by turning it off and back on.

  3. Uninstall the Moves App: Remove the app from your device. Don’t worry—this won’t affect your account. You’ll still be able to log in after reinstalling.

  4. Reinstall the Moves App: Download the latest version from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.


Reporting a Bug 🐛

If the issue persists after trying these steps:

  1. Open the Moves App and go to the Profile tab.

  2. Tap Report a Bug.

  3. Follow the prompts to provide details about the issue.
