How Do I Find and Manage My Workout Programs?

The Moves App makes it easy to explore, start, and customize workout programs that fit your goals. Here’s how to find and manage them:

1. Finding Your Workout Programs

  • Open the Moves App and tap on the Programs tab.

  • Explore Programs: Browse through all of our available programs and click one to learn more.

  • Read Program Overviews: Each program includes details like target muscles, workout frequency, necessary equipment, and expected results—so you can choose the one that best matches your fitness goals.

2. Managing Your Workout Programs

Once you start a program, you’ll find it in the My Programs section of the Programs tab. From there, you can:

  • Track Your Progress: See completed workouts, upcoming sessions, and milestones to help keep you on track.

  • Adjust Your Schedule:

    • If you miss a day, the app automatically moves forward—but you can go back anytime to catch up. Just open My Programs, select the program, scroll to the missed day, and press Start Workout.

    • You’re not limited to one workout a day—you can repeat or stack sessions if you’d like.

3. Switching Between Programs

  • Pause & Resume: Pause your current program, start a new one, and come back later without losing your progress.

  • Combine Programs: Want variety? You can mix and match workouts from different programs to build a routine that fits your style.

  • Can I restart a program or change workout days?
    Yes! To restart with a new calendar or adjust your workout days, simply end the program and start it again with your updated preferences.
