The Moves App is designed to make your fitness journey as seamless as possible, providing easy access to a variety of workout programs that can be tailored to your personal goals. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to find and manage your workout programs in the app.

1. Finding Your Workout Programs

To find the workout programs available to you in the Moves App:

  1. Open the Moves App: Once you're in, navigate to the Programs tab.

  2. Explore our Programs: Explore all 8 of our available workout programs.

  3. Read Program Descriptions: Each program comes with a detailed description, including the target muscles, workout frequency, and expected results. This helps you choose the right program that aligns with your fitness objectives.

2. Managing Your Workout Programs

Once you’ve selected a program, managing it is straightforward:

  • Easily Access Your Programs: After starting a program, it will show up in the "My Programs" section of the Programs tab of your app. This allows you to return to the program whenever you’re ready to work out.

  • Track Your Progress: The Moves App allows you to track your progress within each program. You’ll see your completed workouts, upcoming sessions, and any milestones you've hit along the way. This helps keep you motivated and on track.

  • Set Reminders: To stay consistent, you can set reminders for your workouts. The app will notify you when it’s time to train, helping you stick to your routine even on busy days.

  • Adjust Your Schedule: If life gets in the way, no worries! You can easily adjust your workout schedule within the app. Whether you need to skip a session, reschedule a workout, or change the order of exercises, the Moves App gives you the flexibility to modify your plan as needed.

3. Switching Between Programs

If you want to switch things up:

  • Pause and Resume Programs: You can pause a current program and start a new one without losing your progress. When you’re ready to go back, simply resume from where you left off.

  • Combine Programs: Some users prefer to combine programs for a more varied routine. The Moves App allows you to do this by selecting workouts from different programs and creating a custom plan that suits your needs.
