If your subscription is an In-App Purchase, it was purchased and billed directly through Apple or Google, not through Moves. You will still have access to all the same programs and features within your account.
⚠️ Important: Payment issues, refunds, or subscription changes must be handled through Apple or Google. Moves cannot apply subscription discounts or offer codes unless you cancel your in-app subscription and reactivate on MovesApp.com.
Cancelling Your Subscription
Apple (iOS)
Open the Settings App on your Apple device.
Tap your name at the top of the screen to access Apple ID settings.
Tap Subscriptions to view all active subscriptions linked to your Apple ID.
Find your Moves subscription and tap it.
Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts to confirm.
Google Play (Android)
Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
Tap your profile icon in the top right corner.
Select Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Find your Moves subscription and tap it.
Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts to confirm.
Requesting a Refund
Apple: Request directly via Apple Support. Select Billing & Subscriptions → Subscriptions & Purchases → Request a Refund.
Google Play: Request directly via Google Play Help.
