If you're new to exercise or unsure about modifying workouts for pregnancy, consider the Mom Moves Prenatal Program. Developed in collaboration with a Women’s Health & Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist, this program offers safe and effective prenatal exercises tailored to your needs.
Joining Tighter Together
If you choose to participate in Tighter Together, here’s how to make it work safely:
