During the first four weeks of the challenge, each workout is available in two versions:
Standard 60-75 Minute Option
Express 30-45 Minute Option
How the 30–45 Minute Version Works
The Express workouts give you a condensed, effective option without sacrificing quality:
Perfect for busy days, a shorter start point, or when you just have less time
Uses the same programming as the Standard version, just with fewer sets/rounds
Focus on challenging weights and proper form—30–45 minutes can be just as effective as a longer session!
Workout time will always vary from person to person depending on rest, goals, equipment, or skill level. We test all workouts with a variety of team members to ensure they fall within these ranges for the standard participant.
💡 Pro Tip: Quality > Quantity. It’s always better to move with intention for 30–45 minutes than to rush through a longer workout. Use the time range as a roadmap, not a rule—your effort is what counts!
How to Access the 30-45 Minute Workouts
To utilize the 30-45 minute version, follow these simple steps:
Select Your Workout:
Open the Moves App and Tap on your Tighter Together workout (from your Home page or Calendar)
Choose “30-45 Min” Option:
Once you've selected the workout, tap on the “30-45 Min” option. The click “Start Workout” and go!
Whether you're just starting out or simply prefer a shorter session, the 30-45 minute workouts ensure you can stay engaged and on track with the Tighter Together challenge.
