Move Together workouts will be live in the app by Thursday, October 8, 2026. This timing ensures that everyone starts together as a community on Day 1, Monday, October 12, 2026.
Where to Find Your Workouts
Once they're live, head to Programs → Challenges in the Moves App to find your Move Together workouts — from there you can add them to your calendar and get everything scheduled ahead of Day 1. Learn how to schedule your workouts here.
