Shorter Workouts Available
During the first four weeks of the challenge, each workout is available in two versions:
60-Minute Option: A comprehensive session for those who want to maximize their workout time.
30-Minute Option: A condensed version with the same programming but reduced volume (fewer sets/rounds) for a quicker yet effective workout.
How to Access the 30-Minute Workouts
To utilize the 30-minute version, follow these simple steps:
Select Your Workout:
Open the Moves App and Tap on the Tighter Together Workout you will be doing on your Home page or in the Calendar located at the top right corner of the app.Choose “30 Minute” Option:
Once you've selected the workout, tap on the “30 Minute” option.Start Your Workout:
Click “Start Workout” to begin your session.
