Step 1: Pause Your Current Program
Once the Tighter Together workouts begin, follow these steps to pause your current program and avoid duplicate workouts on your calendar:
Open the Moves App:
Launch the Moves App on your device.Navigate to the Program:
Tap on the “Programs” tab in the app's navigation bar. Toggle to "My Programs" and select the program you are currently following.Pause the Program:
Click the Pause button. This action will remove the workouts from your calendar, ensuring that only the Tighter Together sessions are visible.
Step 2: Pause Calendar-Type Programs
Weekly Moves Program:
If you are following the Weekly Moves program, you will need to “unfollow” it during Tighter Together. This will prevent the weekly workouts from populating your calendar during the Tighter Together challenge.
Step 3: Resume Your Previous Program
After the Tighter Together challenge ends, you can easily resume your previous workout routine by following these steps:
Return to the Programs Tab:
Navigate back to the “Programs” tab in the Moves App and find the program you paused or unfollowed before the challenge.Follow or Resume the Program:
Choose the option to resume the program. This will add the workouts back to your calendar, allowing you to continue your fitness journey seamlessly.
