To keep your calendar clean and focused on the challenge, it’s best to pause any other programs while you’re doing Tighter Together. Don’t worry—you can easily pick them back up once TT is over!
Step 1: Pause Your Current Program
Open the Moves App
Go to the Programs tab → toggle to My Programs
Select the program you’re following
Tap Pause
✨ This removes those workouts from your calendar so only your Tighter Together sessions are visible.
Step 2: Pause Calendar-Type Programs
Weekly Moves Program:
If you are following the Weekly Moves program, you will need to “unfollow” it during Tighter Together. This prevents weekly workouts from populating your calendar while you’re in challenge mode.
Step 3: Resume After TT
When the challenge wraps up:
Head back to the Programs tab
Find the program you paused or unfollowed
Tap Resume (or Follow again)
Your workouts will repopulate your calendar, and you’ll slide right back into your regular routine!
