Understanding Your Split and Choosing the Right One for Move Together

Move Together Spring 2026 gives you the option to choose between a 6-day split or a 4-day split right from the start.

Although the program is designed as a push phase, you don’t need to complete every workout to see results.

⭐️ The most important factor is consistency — choose the schedule that fits your lifestyle and allows you to stick with it through the challenge.


What Is a Split?

A “split” is just a way of organizing your workouts across the week. It determines which workouts you do on which days. Choosing the right split for you ensures you get enough training volume, recovery, and flexibility to stay consistent with your program.

Focuses only on the priority workout sessions while allowing for extra recovery days.

Customize Your Current Split

No matter which split you choose, you can adjust your schedule to fit your life:

  • Move a workout: Select the workout on your calendar, choose a new day, and save.

    • Perfect for rescheduling when your plans shift.

  • Delete a workout: Tap the workout and select Delete Workout to remove it from your calendar.

    • Helpful for keeping your app calendar clean and clutter-free.

This flexibility allows you to create a 5-day, 3-day, or any custom schedule without disrupting your overall plan.


Switch to a Different Split

If you want to fully change to the other split:

  • End the Move Together program you’re currently following

  • Start the new split (4-day or 6-day) to add it to your calendar

Don’t worry — your past workouts will remain saved, so you won’t lose any of your progress.

Q: How do I know which workouts are the priority ones?
A: The 4 starred workouts each week are your priority sessions. On the 6-day split, we display these with a ⭐ so you know exactly which workouts to focus on if you need to reduce volume or create a custom schedule.

Q: I started Move Together with the 6-day split, but now I want to switch to the 4-day option. How can I do this without losing my progress?
A: You have a couple of options:

  1. Customize your current schedule: Delete the workouts you don’t want to do. This effectively follows a 4-day schedule while keeping your program active.

  2. Fully switch to the 4-day split: End the current program, then restart the 4-day split. Don’t worry — your past workouts will still be saved in your calendar.

Q: Will switching to the 4-day split affect my progress?
A: Not if you prioritize the 4 starred workouts. The program is designed to be flexible, so reducing your weekly workouts can still deliver results as long as you stay consistent.

Q: I deleted a workout but now want to do it — how do I get it back on my calendar?
A: No problem! Just follow these steps:

  1. Go to Programs → My Programs → Move Together → Schedule

  2. Select the week and day of the workout you deleted

  3. Select the workout

  4. Tap Start Workout

This will restore the workout to your calendar so you can complete it without losing progress.
