Setting up an MPB account
How do I register?
To register your account, please follow the link here. If you have previously used a ‘Guest’ Email address upon checkout, you can register your account here in which you will receive all previous order history
Do I need an account?
Whilst you can check-out as a guest, There are multiple benefits to registering an account with MPB, such as viewing your previous order history and accessing invoices.
I haven’t received my Verification email?
If you have not received your verification email when signing up, it is recommended to check your spam/junk folder within your emails.
Managing your MPB account
How do I change my password?
To change your password, please log in to your account and go to settings to select ‘change password’. This will ask to authenticate your password and set up a new one.
I can’t access my account
If you are having trouble accessing your account, you can select ‘I have forgotten my password’ in which you will receive a new link by email to reset your password and account information.
How do I change my email preferences
To change your email preferences, log in to your account. Go to ‘settings’, open ‘preferences’ and from here you will be able to select and deselect your email preferences and notifications.
Can I delete my MPB account?
To delete your MPB account, please select the ‘connect to an agent’ option on chat and we’ll be happy to help
If you would like to instead receive fewer emails, you can change your email preferences to receive less notifications. Please see ‘How do I change my Email Preferences’
Transaction & Invoices
How do I find my order invoices and information
You can find your order invoice by logging into our MPB Platform
1. Go to My Account via the log in page
2. Select Transactions
3. Select View Invoice
From here you will be able to view and download your invoice.
If you have ordered previously under a ‘Guest’ login, you can access your previous order history by registering an account here and following the steps above
