You can start your search using the search bar at the top of our webpage and typing in the type of product you are after. Alternatively you can click the button showing three horizontal lines to the left of the MPB Logo to search by category or brand.
Every product on our platform has a model page where you can browse our available stock of individual used items available for purchase. Each used item will have its own ID number (or SKU).
To help you decide between each used item, we’ve added a condition rating, multiple photographs, a description and a list of included accessories . All our product pages even have a handy specifications guide at the bottom of the listing so you can check out the key model features!

All our products are carefully inspected by our trained Product Specialists. Each product will be placed into one of five categories based on its condition:

At MPB we do not use stock images on our product listings. Every item is assigned a unique SKU number and is thoroughly checked and photographed individually so you can inspect the condition carefully before you make your purchase.
What if the product I want is out of stock?

If the item you are looking to purchase is currently out of stock, you can sign up to receive a notification once we have more available. This will be visible on our site but only if we have no others of the same model available.
Follow these steps if you want to create an alert:
Search for the model you want. If it is out of stock you will see a message saying “We couldn’t find any result”, below which you will have the option to click to “find out of stock models”.
Click “find out of stock models” and you will be shown the unavailable products model page and be prompted to sign up for a product alert when the item comes in stock.
Click “Create alert” and input your email. You will then be notified when we next have the item in stock! You can unsubscribe from receiving these emails from any alert emails you receive.
It is not possible to specify what condition grading you are interested in with this feature so we advise checking our site regularly as we are buying in new items every day!

Once you have found the product(s) you are after, click the button on the listing page to “add to basket”. We are not able to reserve stock and the items in your basket are still available until you checkout.

Happy with the items in your basket? Click on the basket icon and “Checkout now” to proceed with your order. You will be asked to create an account or checkout as a guest . You can then enter your details and pick a delivery option. Once your order is complete we will send you a confirmation email and a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal Credit and Google/Apple Pay. Payments must be made on our platform.
Payments must be made with one payment method, we’re unable to split this across two different cards.

You can now add Extended Product Protection, powered by XCover, to extend our existing free MPB six-month warranty for malfunctions and defects for up to three years. Extended Product Protection also covers any accidental damage to your gear—including spills, drops and cracks—from the day you receive it.
Simply add two-year or three-year Extended Product Protection at checkout.

MPB can offer discount codes for NHS, emergency services, military and charity workers, as well as students and educational staff. These codes can be found on the promos page on our platform. We do not offer gift cards or store credit. Find more information on what discounts are available here.

Once you have chosen your delivery method and submitted payment for your order we will send you an email confirmation with your order details. Your payment may temporarily show as 'pending' on your statement or in your banking app, this is because we check each order for security and fraud prevention before releasing the funds.
If your payment is not being accepted at checkout it could be for a few reasons. Please check the following:
All payment details are entered and formatted correctly
The billing address and post code are entered and formatted correctly
Double check there are sufficient funds for the gear and postage costs
Did you complete a two-factor authentification with your bank? If not we suggest contacting your bank as this is required for certain online purchases.
If the payment issue still persists once you have checked the above steps, we would suggest trying to check out on another browser or device. Please contact our team via the chat icon if you still cannot checkout.

When you attempt to check out, our payment processor places a temporary hold on the order amount. If the payment fails due to an issue with your bank or our platform, MPB does not capture the funds. This pending hold will automatically reverse, typically within 2–3 business days.
Since this process is managed by your bank and our payment processor, MPB cannot expedite the reversal. If the hold persists beyond 2–3 business days, we recommend contacting your bank for assistance.

For security reasons, we cannot change the delivery address once payment has been processed.

Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from MPB as well as the courier with a tracking number. Enter your DPD tracking number on the DPD tracking portal here to see where your parcel is and when it will arrive.

Yes, you can divert your item to a DPD Pickup shop. At checkout you must enter your own address for delivery however once we’ve dispatched your items, DPD will give you the option to redirect the delivery to a DPD Pickup Shop near you. There are more than 6,000 DPD Pickup Shops throughout the UK.

Once an order is placed, no changes can be made. However, we may be able to cancel it if the order is not in the packing or shipping stage.

If your payment hasn’t been processed yet, we may still be able to cancel your order. Please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order is already being prepared for dispatch or has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer available. You’ll need to return the item once it’s delivered.

All used kit from MPB comes with a free six-month warranty and a 14-day returns period, which begins the day you receive your order. The warranty covers any faults that may occur within normal use and under normal storage conditions and doesn't include accidental damage or misuse. Find out more in our terms and conditions.
Please note that the item(s) must be returned in the same condition in which you receive them. Our team will check for any signs of use on receiving the item.
To return an order, please get in touch with our customer support team by selecting 'Connect to an agent' via chat to obtain a return authorisation number or alternatively you can email sales@mpb.com. You will not be able to return any items to us without this information.
Sending in your return All items must be returned to us via an insured and trackable courier service. If you need to return a product because of an error on our part, we will offer a free collection with our courier DPD.
In all other cases you will be responsible for return shipping charges. MPB accepts no liability for any loss or damage to any product occurring whilst in transit with your chosen delivery service.
