All used kit from MPB comes with a free six-month warranty and a 14-day returns period, which begins the day you receive your order. The warranty covers any faults that may occur within normal use and under normal storage conditions and doesn't include accidental damage or misuse. Find out more in our terms and conditions.

Please note that the item(s) must be returned in the same condition in which you receive them. Our team will check for any signs of use on receiving the item.

To return an order, please get in touch with our customer support team by selecting 'Speak to an advisor' to obtain a return authorisation number or alternatively you can email sales@mpb.com. You will not be able to return any items to us without this information.

Sending in your return All items must be returned to us via an insured and trackable courier service. If you need to return a product because of an error on our part, we will offer a free collection with our courier DPD.

In all other cases you will be responsible for return shipping charges. MPB accepts no liability for any loss or damage to any product occurring whilst in transit with your chosen delivery service.
