You can easily remove any food item or ingredient from your meal history at any time.
To delete a food entry:
Select the meal (e.g., Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, or Snacks) that contains the food you want to remove.
Tap the name of the food entry you’d like to delete.
Scroll along the footer menu and tap Remove to delete it from your log.
To delete a single ingredient:
If you’ve logged a meal with multiple ingredients and only want to remove one:
Once deleted, the item will disappear from your daily log and your calorie total will update automatically.
