If you prefer homemade meals, often batch cook, or like to pre‑schedule or pre‑add your meals for the week, our app offers several useful tools to help you log these meals easily. Please follow the instructions below.
1. To create a custom meal:
Use AI recognition tool – Type a meal description in the search bar, then tap the star icon ⭐️. The AI will generate a meal you can rename and edit by removing or adding ingredients and adjusting their quantity. To delete an ingredient, just tap it and select "Remove" in the footer menu:
Done! You can also convert your newly created meal into a recipe by tapping the name of the meal and tapping "Create Recipe" in the footer menu:
Create the meal manually – Start by adding your first ingredient, such as pasta, and then add the remaining ingredients one by one. The app will automatically calculate the total calories and nutrition for your meal.
2. To create a custom recipe:
Tap "New Recipe" below the search bar to get started:
2. Add recipe name, ingredients, total serving size of the whole recipe, and other necessary information and tap "Save":
3. Ready! Your created recipe will be saved in the "Recipes" tab for future use. You can later edit a recipe, duplicate or delete it by tapping the three dots in the top right:
4. When logging the meal, tap the plus icon next to your recipe and in the added meal log adjust the servings eaten in the little grey window:
