If you eat the same breakfast, lunch, snacks, or dinner everyday, you can easily re-log them in the app for quick future entries.
You can save your meals in several ways:
Save a custom food: Tap the "New Food" button below the search bar, enter the info, and log it:
Your custom items will appear in the My Foods section for quick reuse anytime:
Create and save a recipe: Tap the "New Recipe" button to build a full meal with multiple ingredients.
Once saved, all your recipes will be available under the Recipes section:
• Use your food history: Your recent entries are automatically saved under History, so you can re-log the foods you eat often with just a tap:
• Copy meals to another day: Tap the meal you want to reuse — or select several meals if you’d like to copy the whole day — and tap “Copy” at the bottom of the screen. Then choose the target date, and your selected meals will be added there instantly:
These options help you re-log your regular meals in just a few seconds, keeping tracking fast and effortless.
