How do I create my own fasting schedule?

Customize your fasting plan to match your lifestyle and daily routine

If your current fasting schedule doesn’t match your daily routine, you can easily change it and create a plan that works better for you. To customize your fasting plan, follow these steps:

  1. Tap your Profile icon at the top left of the main screen.

  2. Tap "Change" under your current fasting schedule:

  3. Tap "Create your plan":

  4. A Custom Fasting page will open and you'll be able to choose fasting days, adjust fasting duration and start time, and select No Fast Day if you want to skip a day of fasting:

  5. Tap "Save", then select your newly created plan and tap "Start plan":

That’s it! Your personalized fasting schedule will now be active.
