If your current fasting schedule doesn’t match your daily routine, you can easily change it and create a plan that works better for you. To customize your fasting plan, follow these steps:
Tap your Profile icon at the top left of the main screen.
Tap "Change" under your current fasting schedule:
Tap "Create your plan":
A Custom Fasting page will open and you'll be able to choose fasting days, adjust fasting duration and start time, and select No Fast Day if you want to skip a day of fasting:
Tap "Save", then select your newly created plan and tap "Start plan":
That’s it! Your personalized fasting schedule will now be active.
