You can easily add your workout activity in two of ways:
- Search and add manually: Type the name of your activity in the search bar, select the suggested 60-minute template, and tap the ➕ icon to add it. After adding, you can tap the workout again to edit the duration, calories burned, or start time. 
 
- Use AI recognition: Type a simple prompt such as “bicycle 30 minutes” in the search bar and tap the ⭐ icon next to it. The AI will automatically create and log your workout for you. 
📌 Please note that activities added with AI recognition tool cannot be edited. You can edit only standard workouts from Apple Health that you add manually.
For future entries, you can quickly select your previous workouts from your history and adjust their duration or other details as needed.
