How do I change my calorie and macro goals?

Update your program, calorie target, and macros at any time

Your daily calorie and macro goals are automatically calculated based on your answers selected during the goal setting quiz.

You can update your calorie goal, macros, and other plan settings at any time to keep them aligned with your current lifestyle and goals. To make changes, follow the steps below:

  1. Tap the Progress icon in the footer menu, then tap the toggle icon in the Goal section:

  2. You'll be guided through a short quiz where you can adjust your:

    • Fitness goal (lose, maintain, or gain weight)

    • Program type (Smart, Guided, or Manual)


Smart program

The Smart program creates personalized calorie and macro targets based on your preferences. During the quiz, you can customize:

  • Activity level: sedentary, moderately active, or very active

  • Training frequency

  • Activity type

  • Energy expenditure

    • Include workout calories: your calorie goal starts lower and increases as you log workouts, allowing you to eat back the calories you burn.

    • Exclude workout calories: your calorie goal stays fixed each day based on the activity level you selected during the quiz.

  • Weight loss speed (with an estimated goal date)

  • Preferred diet: balanced, low fat, low carb, or keto

  • Protein level: low, moderate, high, or extra high


Guided program

The Guided program lets you set:

  • Exact daily calorie goal

  • Exact daily calorie goal

  • Preferred carbs-to-fat ratio

The changes will be immediately reflected on the color scale:


Manual program

The Manual program gives you full control over your targets. You can set:

  • Exact daily calorie goal

  • Protein, carbs, and fat targets

  • Values in either grams or percentages

The changes will be immediately reflected on the color scale:


Once you've completed the quiz, your updated calorie and macro targets will appear on the main screen immediately.

You can retake the quiz or update your goals anytime by going to Profile in the upper-left corner of the main screen:
