My True Weight is incorrect, how to fix this?

Fixing incorrect current True Weight

Updated over a week ago

This issue may occur if a scale weight entry was accidentally missed or entered incorrectly. When that happens, the True Weight smooths out fluctuations and shows inaccurate data.

To resolve this issue, please follow the steps below:

  • If you are on a free plan, please review your weight logs in the Apple Health app for any incorrect entries:

    1. Open the Apple Health app.

    2. Tap the magnifying glass icon and enter "Weight" in the search bar.

    3. Scroll down and select "Show All Data".

    4. Scroll through all recorded data to identify any incorrect entries by date.

    5. Go to the app, navigate through the calendar on the main page to the relevant date, and correct the entry in the Weight section.

  • If you have a paid subscription, please review your weight logs for any incorrect entries:

    1. Tap the progress icon on the footer menu.

    2. Scroll to the Weight section and tap "Explore More".

    3. Scroll down to Scale Weight Log and check your entries.

    4. If you spot any mistakes, go back to your Daily tab and scroll to the date with the incorrect entry.

    5. Scroll down to the Weight section and tap "Update" to make corrections.

Once updated, your current True Weight will reflect the accurate data.
