How can I change my starting weight?

You can change your starting weight anytime in the app.

To do this:

  • On the main Daily tab, scroll down to the Weight section and tap the Edit icon. A calendar with your weight entries will appear.

  • Scroll back to the day you began your calorie tracking journey and tap it.

  • Edit the weight you entered for that day and tap Save.

You can also use the main calendar at the top to find your first meal log and update your weight in the Weight section the same way.

💡 If you’re unsure of the exact day you started, you can check it in the Goal section of the Progress tab.

Paid subscribers can also use their Weight graphs:

  • In the Progress tab, scroll to the Weight section and tap Explore More.

  • Scroll through your weight log to find and edit your first entry.
