DYMO Setup for Windows (MF Location Tickets)

This guide shows how to set up DYMO printers on Windows for MF Location Tickets in AccelerList.

Before you begin, make sure your printer is connected and ready, and that you are using the supported DYMO 30270 continuous labels.


1. Download and Install QZ Tray, then Open Printer Settings in AccelerList

Before proceeding, make sure you download and install QZ Tray.

To install QZ Tray, kindly check this guide:

Once installed, navigate to:
Settings → Printer → MF Location Tickets


2. Configure Your Printer Settings in AccelerList

Make sure your settings match the recommended configuration below:

  • Active Printer: Dymo

  • Orientation: Landscape

  • Label Type: Dymo 30270 | 2.125 x 3.5 (Continuous)

✅ Click Save Changes after updating your settings


3. Important: Supported Label Type

For MF ticket printing, we only support:

  • DYMO 30270 Continuous Labels

⚠️ Using other label types may cause:

  • Misaligned prints

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Printing errors


4. Verify Printer Settings in Windows

On your computer:

  1. Open Control Panel → Devices and Printers

  2. Right-click your DYMO printer → Click Printing Preferences

  3. Set the following:

  • Label Type: Continuous Wide

  • Resolution: 300 x 600 dpi (recommended)

⚠️ This step is very important — incorrect label type will cause formatting issues.


5. (Optional) Configure Labels in DYMO Connect App

If your labels are still not aligned properly:

For DYMO Printers (Using DYMO Connect App)

Step 1: Open DYMO Connect
Launch the DYMO Connect app on your computer

Step 2: Choose a Blank Label Layout
Select a blank label template

Step 3: Open Label Properties

  • Right-click the label, or

  • Open the Properties panel

Step 4: Set Label Dimensions
Enter the correct size for 30270 continuous labels

Step 5: Adjust Margins for Elements

  • Double-click text/barcode

  • Open Properties or Advanced

  • Adjust margins as needed

Step 6: Adjust Overall Margins

  • Go to Page Setup or Layout

  • Update full label margins

Step 7: Save and Test Print
Save settings and print a test label


6. Print a Test Label in AccelerList

After completing all setup steps:

  • Click Print Test Label

  • Confirm the label prints clearly and is properly aligned


Quick Reminder ✅

For best results:

  • Use DYMO 30270 Continuous Labels only

  • Set printer to Continuous Wide in Windows

  • Use 300 x 600 dpi resolution

  • Keep orientation set to Landscape

  • Ensure AccelerList and printer settings match exactly
