Why Did My eBay Connection Become Disconnected?

If your eBay account was previously connected to AccelerList but now appears disconnected, the authorization between AccelerList and eBay may no longer be active. When this happens, you may need to reconnect your eBay account before you can continue using eBay features in AccelerList.

There are several reasons your connection may need to be renewed.

The authorization that allows AccelerList to communicate with your eBay account may expire or require renewal. When this happens, AccelerList may no longer be able to access the information needed for the integration.

Reauthorizing your account can restore the connection.
​

If AccelerList's access was removed or revoked from your eBay account, the connection will no longer work.
​

You'll need to connect your eBay account again and authorize AccelerList when prompted.
​

Certain changes to your eBay account, security settings, or permissions may require you to sign in and authorize the connection again.
​

If you recently made changes to your account and noticed that eBay became disconnected afterward, try reconnecting it.
​

eBay may occasionally ask you to verify your account or complete an additional security step.
​

Sign directly into your eBay account and check whether there are any verification or security requests that need your attention.
​

In AccelerList, go to:
​

Settings → Connections → eBay
​

Follow the prompts to reconnect your account. When you're redirected to eBay, make sure you sign in to the correct seller account and complete the entire authorization process.

Once finished, return to AccelerList and confirm that your eBay account shows as connected.
​

Reauthorizing the connection is intended to restore AccelerList's access to your eBay account. Before making other account or listing changes, first try reconnecting the integration and confirm that the connection is working again.

If you've successfully completed the eBay authorization process but AccelerList still shows your account as disconnected, contact AccelerList Support.
