How to Filter and Search Orders in AccelerList

Learn how to use search, marketplace, date, status, and urgency filters in the AccelerList Orders tab to quickly locate and manage your orders.

The Orders tab provides search, filtering, and sorting options to help you quickly locate specific orders and focus on orders that require attention.

Search for an Order

Use the Search field in the Orders tab to locate an order using available information such as:

  • Order ID

  • SKU

  • Item title

Enter the information into the search field to narrow down the orders displayed.

Filter by Date

Use the date range filter to limit the results to orders from a particular period.

For example, you can select a recent period such as the Last 30 days when you only need to review recent orders.

Filter by Status

Use the Status filter to narrow your results based on the current order status.

This is useful when you want to focus specifically on orders that are Pending, Shipped, or otherwise require review.

Filter by Marketplace

The Orders dashboard separates orders by connected platforms, such as Amazon and eBay.

Select the appropriate platform when you only want to review orders from a specific marketplace, or use All Platforms for a combined view.

Sort by Urgency

You can use the available sorting option to prioritize orders based on urgency.

For example, selecting Urgency (action needed first) can help bring orders requiring attention to the top of your results.

Combine Filters

You can use multiple filters together to narrow your results further.

For example, if you're looking for a recent eBay order that still requires attention, you can select eBay, choose the appropriate date range and status, and then use the search field to locate the specific order.

Can't Find an Order?

If you can't locate an order:

  1. Clear or adjust any filters that may be hiding it.

  2. Confirm that the correct marketplace is selected.

  3. Expand the date range.

  4. Double-check the Order ID, SKU, or title entered in the search field.

  5. Check the order directly on the connected marketplace if it still does not appear.

If the order exists on Amazon or eBay but cannot be located in AccelerList, contact AccelerList Support for assistance.
