If an employee no longer needs access to your AccelerList account, you should remove or deactivate their Employee Account to prevent unnecessary access.
How to Remove an Employee Account
Log in to your main AccelerList account.
Navigate to your Employee Accounts.
Find the employee whose access you want to remove.
Open the available account management options.
Select the option to delete or deactivate the employee account, depending on the options available.
Confirm the change when prompted.
After the account has been removed or deactivated, the employee should no longer be able to use that account to access your AccelerList workspace.
When Should You Remove Employee Access?
Consider removing access when an employee:
No longer works for your business.
No longer needs to use AccelerList.
Was given an account temporarily.
Should no longer have access to your inventory or listing workflow.
Important
Before removing an employee account, make sure the employee has completed any work they are currently handling.
