Why Isn’t My Order Status Updating in AccelerList?

Learn what to check when an order's status in AccelerList does not match its current status on Amazon or eBay.

AccelerList receives order information from connected marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay. Occasionally, an order status displayed in AccelerList may not immediately match the current status shown on the marketplace.

Check the Marketplace First

Locate the affected order directly on Amazon or eBay and verify its current status.

For example, an order might show as:

  • Pending

  • Shipped

  • Canceled

  • Fulfilled

Then compare this with the status displayed in the AccelerList Orders tab.

Allow Time for Synchronization

Marketplace changes may not always appear in AccelerList immediately. If the order was recently shipped, fulfilled, or canceled, allow some time for the updated information to sync.

Check Your Marketplace Connection

If multiple orders are no longer updating, check that your Amazon or eBay account is still properly connected to AccelerList.

For eBay, an expired or disconnected authorization may prevent information from syncing correctly.

When to Contact Support

If the source marketplace shows a different status for an extended period, contact AccelerList Support.

Provide the affected order number, the status shown in AccelerList, the status shown on Amazon or eBay, and screenshots when possible.
