An order may sometimes continue to display as Pending in AccelerList even after activity has occurred on the connected marketplace. This guide explains what Pending means and what you can check when an order does not appear to be progressing.
What Does Pending Mean?
A Pending status generally indicates that AccelerList has not yet received or processed an updated order status showing that the order has moved to its next stage.
Depending on the order and fulfillment method, updates may come from Amazon, eBay, or another connected marketplace.
Why Might an Order Remain Pending?
Some common situations include:
The marketplace has not yet provided an updated order status.
The order is still being processed or fulfilled.
There is a delay in synchronization between the marketplace and AccelerList.
The order was shipped or canceled directly on the marketplace, but the updated status has not yet appeared in AccelerList.
What Should I Check?
First, locate the order directly on the marketplace and confirm its current status.
Compare the marketplace status with the status displayed under the Orders tab in AccelerList. If the marketplace still shows the order as pending or processing, allow additional time for the order to progress.
If the marketplace shows the order as Shipped, Canceled, or another status but AccelerList continues to show Pending, there may be a synchronization delay or issue.
Still Showing as Pending?
If the statuses continue to differ, contact AccelerList Support and provide the order number, marketplace, current marketplace status, and a screenshot if possible.
