Why Does This Happen?
AccelerList searches Amazon's catalog using the identifier provided when you scan an item.
A product may not be found because:
The barcode was not read correctly.
The ISBN, UPC, or EAN doesn't match an Amazon catalog entry.
The product isn't available in the selected marketplace.
Amazon temporarily didn't return the expected catalog information.
There is a temporary API or connection issue.
Try Scanning Again
If you know the product exists on Amazon, wait a few seconds and try scanning it again.
In some cases, a product that isn't returned during the first lookup may appear on a later attempt.
Try a Manual Search
Enter the ISBN, UPC, EAN, or ASIN manually. This can help determine whether the issue is related to the scanner or the Amazon catalog lookup.
When to Contact Support
If multiple known products consistently cannot be found, contact AccelerList Support and provide examples of the affected identifiers.
