Why This May Happen
In some cases, AccelerList may initially report that a product cannot be found, but the same product appears after another scan.
This can happen when there is a temporary delay while retrieving product information from Amazon. The first lookup may not return the expected catalog result, while a later attempt successfully retrieves it.
What Should I Do?
If you know the item exists in the Amazon catalog but it isn't found on the first attempt:
Wait a few seconds and scan the item again.
Confirm that the barcode was read correctly.
Try manually entering the ISBN, UPC, or ASIN.
Verify that you're using the correct Amazon marketplace.
When Should I Contact Support?
If this happens frequently across many different products, contact AccelerList Support with a few examples.
Providing the ISBN, UPC, or ASIN of affected products can help the team investigate why the catalog lookup is not consistently returning results.
