Amazon API Delays: Why Inventory May Take Time to Appear in AccelerList

Explains why newly created or updated Amazon inventory may not immediately appear in AccelerList and how synchronization delays can affect inventory visibility.

Why Doesn't My Inventory Appear Immediately?

AccelerList receives inventory information from Amazon through its API.

When a listing is created or changed, Amazon may need time to process the update before the latest information becomes available to AccelerList.

What Can Be Delayed?

Temporary delays may affect:

  • Newly listed products

  • FBA and MFN status

  • Quantity changes

  • FNSKU information

  • Newly created SKUs

  • Items expected to appear in cross-listing tools

Do I Need to Keep Resyncing?

Not necessarily. If Amazon is still processing the listing, repeatedly attempting to sync may not make the information available sooner.

First verify the listing directly in Seller Central and allow time for Amazon to process the change.

When Should I Contact Support?

If the listing appears correctly in Amazon but still doesn't appear in AccelerList after an extended period, contact Support with the ASIN, SKU, and any other relevant listing information.
