Why Does My Inventory Show a Quantity of Zero?

Explains why an inventory item may display a quantity of zero in AccelerList and how Amazon inventory information and filters affect what you see.

Where Does the Quantity Come From?

AccelerList receives inventory quantity information from Amazon.

If Amazon reports a quantity of 0 for a listing, AccelerList may also display that item with zero quantity.

Why Could the Quantity Be Zero?

Some possible reasons include:

  • The inventory has sold out.

  • The listing was recently created and inventory is still being processed.

  • The item is currently inactive.

  • The inventory is associated with a different fulfillment method or SKU.

  • Amazon hasn't yet processed a recent quantity change.

Check FBA and MFN Inventory

The same product can have separate FBA and MFN listings.

If you're looking at the FBA version of an item and it shows zero quantity, check whether another SKU or the MFN version contains the inventory you're expecting.

Why Did the Item Disappear?

A zero-quantity item may appear to disappear if your inventory filters only show items with available inventory.

Change the quantity filter to include 0 quantity or select All to determine whether the listing is still present.

What If Amazon Shows a Different Quantity?

If Seller Central shows the correct quantity but AccelerList continues to show zero after synchronization, contact Support with the ASIN, SKU, Amazon quantity, and AccelerList quantity so the discrepancy can be investigated.
