Why Is My Newly Listed Item Not Showing in AccelerList Yet?

Explains why a newly created Amazon listing may take time to appear in AccelerList and what to check while waiting for the inventory to sync.

Why Isn't My New Listing Showing Yet?

When you create a listing, Amazon may need time to process it before all of the listing and inventory information becomes available to AccelerList.

As a result, an item can sometimes appear in Seller Central before it appears in the appropriate AccelerList inventory view.

What Information May Still Be Processing?

Depending on the listing, Amazon may still be processing information such as:

  • SKU

  • FNSKU

  • Fulfillment method

  • Inventory quantity

  • Listing status

Until Amazon provides the updated information, AccelerList may not be able to display the listing correctly.

Check FBA vs MFN

If you intended to create an FBA listing, check both your FBA and MFN inventory views.

In some cases, an item expected to be FBA may currently appear under MFN based on the fulfillment information Amazon is providing.

Check Your Filters

Make sure your inventory filters aren't hiding the item.

For example, if the listing currently has a quantity of zero and your filters only display inventory with available quantity, the item may appear to be missing.

Do I Need to Re-List It?

Don't immediately create another listing just because the item isn't visible yet.

First verify the listing in Seller Central and allow time for Amazon and AccelerList to synchronize.

If the listing continues to be missing, contact Support with the ASIN and SKU so we can check the synchronization.
