Why Isn’t My Amazon Inventory Showing in AccelerList?

Learn why inventory that appears in Amazon Seller Central may not be visible in AccelerList and what to check when your inventory hasn't synced as expected.

Why Is My Inventory Missing?

AccelerList receives your inventory information from Amazon. If inventory is visible in Seller Central but not in AccelerList, it may be because the latest information hasn't yet been received or processed.

Possible reasons include:

  • The Amazon listing was recently created or updated.

  • Amazon is still processing the inventory information.

  • The item is under a different fulfillment type, such as FBA or MFN.

  • Inventory filters are hiding the item.

  • The listing has a quantity of zero.

  • Your Amazon connection needs attention.

  • There is a temporary synchronization or Amazon API delay.

Check Your Inventory Filters

Before assuming an item is missing, review the filters you're using in the Inventory tab.

For example, an item may exist in AccelerList but not appear because you're viewing only FBA inventory while the item is currently categorized as MFN.

Also check whether your filters exclude items with a quantity of zero.

Check Amazon Seller Central

Search for the SKU directly in Seller Central and verify:

  • SKU

  • ASIN

  • Fulfillment method

  • Quantity

  • Listing status

This can help determine whether AccelerList is displaying the same information Amazon currently provides.

What Should I Do If It's Still Missing?

If the item is showing correctly in Amazon but remains missing from AccelerList, allow time for synchronization or try a manual inventory sync.

If the issue continues, contact AccelerList Support and provide the ASIN and SKU of an affected item so we can investigate.
