How Long Does It Take for Amazon Inventory Changes to Appear in AccelerList?

Explains why Amazon inventory changes may not appear in AccelerList immediately and what sellers should check when an update seems delayed.

Are Amazon Inventory Updates Immediate?

Not always. AccelerList communicates with Amazon to receive inventory information, but changes made on Amazon may require processing before the updated information becomes available to AccelerList.

Because of this, there can be a delay between a change appearing in Seller Central and the same change appearing in AccelerList.

What Types of Changes Can Be Delayed?

This may include:

  • Quantity updates

  • Newly created listings

  • FBA or MFN status changes

  • New SKUs

  • FNSKU information

  • Inventory becoming active or inactive

  • Recently sold inventory

Why Can Sync Times Vary?

The amount of time required can vary because AccelerList depends on the information Amazon makes available through its API.

A listing may already appear in Seller Central while Amazon is still processing or updating some of the information that AccelerList needs.

Should I Manually Sync?

If the latest information hasn't appeared, you can check whether a manual inventory sync is available for your account.

However, manually initiating a sync doesn't necessarily make Amazon process an update faster. If Amazon hasn't yet provided the new inventory information, the same information may still be returned during the manual sync.

When Should I Contact Support?

If the inventory has been showing correctly in Amazon for an extended period but AccelerList still hasn't updated, contact AccelerList Support.

Please provide the affected ASIN and SKU, along with details about what you're seeing in Amazon versus AccelerList. This will help us investigate the synchronization.
