Why Does Only Part of My Batch Appear as FBA Inventory?

Explains why some items from an FBA batch may appear under FBA while others appear under MFN or seem to be missing from the FBA inventory view.

Why Can a Batch Be Split Between FBA and MFN?

Even if the entire batch was created as FBA, each SKU ultimately needs to be processed correctly by Amazon.

Amazon allows sellers to designate products for FBA and send eligible inventory into its fulfillment network. Sell on Amazon

If only part of your batch appears under FBA, don't assume the remaining products have disappeared.

Check the MFN Inventory View

Set the inventory filter to MFN or All and search for the missing SKUs.

You may find that some of the items expected under FBA are currently appearing under MFN instead.

Check Quantity Filters

Also make sure you're not filtering out products with a quantity of 0.

An item can still exist in your inventory even though your current filter prevents it from being displayed.

Compare Individual SKUs With Amazon

Check several affected SKUs directly in Seller Central and compare:

  • SKU

  • ASIN

  • Fulfillment method

  • Quantity

  • Listing status

This can help determine whether the issue originates with Amazon's current listing information or whether AccelerList hasn't yet reflected an Amazon update.

When Should I Contact Support?

If Amazon shows the affected SKUs correctly as FBA but AccelerList continues to place them under MFN or doesn't display them correctly, contact AccelerList Support.

Provide at least one affected ASIN and SKU, along with an example from the same batch that synced correctly. This makes it easier to compare the two.
