Why Is My FBA Item Showing as MFN in AccelerList?

Explains why an item intended for FBA may appear as MFN in AccelerList and what to check before attempting to list the item again.

Why Can This Happen?

When you create an FBA listing, Amazon ultimately determines and reports the current fulfillment information for that SKU. Amazon allows existing listings to be changed to FBA through Seller Central. Sell on Amazon

If AccelerList is currently receiving the SKU as MFN, it may appear in the MFN inventory view even though you originally intended to list it as FBA.

Check Amazon First

Locate the specific SKU in Seller Central and confirm:

  • The SKU

  • ASIN

  • Fulfillment method

  • Listing status

  • Quantity

Be careful when checking only the ASIN. The same ASIN may be associated with more than one seller SKU.

Check Your AccelerList Filters

Set your inventory filter to All and search for the specific SKU.

If you're viewing only FBA inventory, an item currently categorized as MFN may appear to be completely missing.

Should I Immediately Re-List the Item?

Not necessarily.

First determine how Amazon currently identifies the SKU. If Amazon is still processing a recent fulfillment change, allow time for the updated information to sync.

If Amazon clearly shows the SKU as FBA but AccelerList continues to show it as MFN, contact AccelerList Support with the ASIN and SKU so the discrepancy can be investigated.
