Why Can I See My Item Under MFN but Not FBA?

If an item appears under MFN but not FBA, AccelerList may currently be receiving that SKU as merchant fulfilled from Amazon.

Amazon treats FBA and seller-fulfilled inventory as different fulfillment options, and sellers can use either or both depending on the products they sell. Sell on Amazon

Search for the specific seller SKU rather than only the product title or ASIN.

This is important because the same product may have different SKUs associated with different fulfillment methods.

Change your inventory view to All and check whether the item appears.

Also review quantity filters. A SKU with a quantity of zero may be hidden if your current view only displays inventory with available quantity.

Check the same SKU directly in Amazon and confirm its current fulfillment method.

If Amazon shows it as MFN, AccelerList displaying it under MFN may be expected. If Amazon shows the SKU as FBA while AccelerList continues to show it only under MFN, contact Support so the synchronization can be investigated.
