How Cross-Listed Inventory Sync Works
AccelerList helps keep inventory synchronized for products that have been cross-listed between Amazon and eBay.
When inventory changes on one marketplace, AccelerList processes the relevant information so the associated cross-listed inventory can be updated.
Why Might Inventory Stop Syncing?
Common areas to check include:
Amazon or eBay account connection issues
Expired or revoked marketplace authorization
Incorrect Amazon inventory quantity
Recent sales that haven't finished syncing
Incorrect or broken cross-list associations
Marketplace API delays or errors
Changes made directly to listings
Temporary synchronization issues
Check Your Marketplace Connections
One of the first things to check is whether both your Amazon and eBay accounts are still properly connected to AccelerList.
If eBay authorization has expired or the connection has been revoked, AccelerList may be unable to send inventory updates to eBay.
Reconnect or reauthorize the account if necessary.
Compare the Listing on Both Marketplaces
Locate the affected product and compare:
Amazon ASIN
Amazon SKU
Amazon quantity
eBay Item ID
eBay quantity
Also check whether the issue affects only one item or multiple cross-listed products.
Check Zero-Quantity Listings Carefully
An eBay listing with zero quantity may still appear as active if the seller uses eBay's Out-of-Stock setting. In that case, eBay keeps the listing alive while hiding it from search until inventory becomes available again. eBay Developers
So an active listing alone doesn't necessarily indicate that synchronization failed.
Still Not Syncing?
If both marketplace connections are active and the quantities still don't match after allowing time for synchronization, contact AccelerList Support.
Please provide at least one affected ASIN, Amazon SKU, eBay Item ID, the quantity shown on each marketplace, and any recent sale date/time. This gives us a specific example to investigate.
