The Billing tab in your My Easy Monogram (MEM) app allows you to manage how production costs are charged, receive billing notifications, and automate payments to prevent order delays. These tools are designed to keep your orders flowing smoothly without manual payment steps.

The Billing tab in your MEM app allows you to manage how production costs are charged, set up automatic payments, and configure balance funding to prevent order delays.

To access billing settings:

MEM App β†’ Settings β†’ Billing

On This Page

πŸ“§ Billing Configuration

Use this section to manage billing notifications and credit alerts.

How to set it up:

  1. Go to Settings β†’ Billing

  2. Under Billing Configuration, enter:

Billing Email
This email will receive:

  • Payment receipts

  • Billing notifications

  • Important account updates

Minimum Credit Threshold
Set the balance amount where MEM will notify you when credits drop below this number.

  1. Click Save Configuration

πŸ’‘ Tip: This helps you stay ahead of low balances before orders are impacted.

πŸ” Autobilling Configuration (Recommended)

Autobilling automatically charges your saved payment method when your account balance becomes negative β€” so orders continue processing without interruption.

How to enable:

  1. Scroll to Autobilling Configuration

  2. Toggle the switch ON

  3. Click Save Autobilling Settings

βœ… When enabled, MEM will automatically charge your card when production costs exceed your balance.

πŸ’‘ This is the best way to avoid orders getting stuck due to insufficient funds.

πŸ’° Autofunding Configuration (Optional but Powerful)

Autofunding automatically adds funds to your MEM balance when it drops below a set amount.

Instead of waiting for a negative balance, MEM will proactively top up your account.

How to configure:

  1. Scroll to Autofunding Configuration

  2. Toggle the switch ON

Then set:

Balance Threshold
The balance amount that triggers funding (example: $50)

Refill Amount
The amount MEM will add when triggered (example: $100)

  1. Click Save Autofunding Settings

πŸ“Œ Example:
If your balance drops below $50, MEM will automatically charge your card and add $100 to your account.

πŸ’‘ This is ideal for high-volume stores to prevent any production delays.

πŸ’³ Payment Integration (Add Your Card)

This is where you add the payment method used for production charges, autobilling, and autofunding.

How to add a payment method:

  1. Scroll to Payment Integration

  2. Enter:

    • Card number

    • Expiration date

    • CVC

    • Billing ZIP code

  3. Save your payment method

πŸ” Your card is securely stored and used only for MEM production charges.

βœ… Recommended Setup for Smooth Order Processing

For most merchants, we strongly recommend:

βœ” Add a payment method
βœ” Enable Autobilling
βœ” (Optional) Enable Autofunding for extra protection

This ensures:

β€’ Orders never pause due to balance issues
β€’ Production continues automatically
β€’ No manual payments needed
