To access billing settings:
MEM App → Settings → Billing

📧 Billing Configuration
Use this section to manage billing notifications and credit alerts.
How to set it up:
Go to Settings → Billing
Under Billing Configuration, enter:
Billing Email
This email will receive:
Payment receipts
Billing notifications
Important account updates
Minimum Credit Threshold
Set the balance amount where MEM will notify you when credits drop below this number.
Click Save Configuration
💡 Tip: This helps you stay ahead of low balances before orders are impacted.
🔁 Autobilling Configuration (Recommended)
Autobilling automatically charges your saved payment method when your account balance becomes negative — so orders continue processing without interruption.
How to enable:
Scroll to Autobilling Configuration
Toggle the switch ON
Click Save Autobilling Settings
✅ When enabled, MEM will automatically charge your card when production costs exceed your balance.
💡 This is the best way to avoid orders getting stuck due to insufficient funds.
💰 Autofunding Configuration (Optional but Powerful)
Autofunding automatically adds funds to your MEM balance when it drops below a set amount.
Instead of waiting for a negative balance, MEM will proactively top up your account.
How to configure:
Scroll to Autofunding Configuration
Toggle the switch ON
Then set:
Balance Threshold
The balance amount that triggers funding (example: $50)
Refill Amount
The amount MEM will add when triggered (example: $100)
Click Save Autofunding Settings

If your balance drops below $50, MEM will automatically charge your card and add $100 to your account.
💡 This is ideal for high-volume stores to prevent any production delays.
💳 Payment Integration (Add Your Card)
This is where you add the payment method used for production charges, autobilling, and autofunding.
How to add a payment method:
Scroll to Payment Integration
Enter:
Card number
Expiration date
CVC
Billing ZIP code
Save your payment method

For most merchants, we strongly recommend:

✔ Enable Autobilling
✔ (Optional) Enable Autofunding for extra protection
