For MyFitCoach to suggest only weights you can actually use in your workouts, you’ll need to set the weights available to you once per exercise.
This ensures that your recommendations for reps, weight, and RIR are perfectly tailored to your situation.

You can set your available weights in three ways:

1. Add as a Range

Perfect if your weights increase in consistent steps.

  • From: smallest available weight

  • To: largest available weight

  • Steps: the weight increment between dumbbells or plates

💡 Example:

  • Range 1: From 1 kg to 10 kg in 1-kg increments

  • Range 2: From 12.5 kg to 50 kg in 2.5-kg increments

MyFitCoach will automatically display a list of all available weights based on your input. These are the weights the app will use for your exercise recommendations.

2. Enter Weights Individually

Best if your weights are irregular or don’t follow a fixed pattern.

  • Type the value into the Add weight field

  • Press + to add it to the list

  • Use Continue range to automatically add the next weight based on the last increment

You’ll see the full list of available weights below your input.

3. No Additional Weight

Perfect for bodyweight exercises or movements that can’t be loaded.

  • Select No additional weight → MyFitCoach will progress you only by increasing reps.

Why This Matters

Setting your available weights correctly ensures:

  • Accurate and realistic recommendations

  • No wasted time searching for weights during your workout

  • Smooth, logical progression without unrealistic jumps

This way, you’ll get the most out of your training plan.
