Data loss in the MyFitCoach app is highly unlikely. However, should it happen, we're here to assist you as quickly as possible.

If you notice a data loss in the MyFitCoach app, please contact our support chat immediately or send an email to support@myfitcoach.com. We respond to all inquiries daily and do our utmost to restore your data through a backup as quickly as possible.

To best assist us in restoring your data, please provide the following information when you contact us:

  • Your account email

  • Your app version

  • Detailed information about what was done shortly before the data loss, or if you noticed anything unusual.
